1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • You received a defective or non-functioning product

  • You received the wrong item in your order

  • Your product arrived damaged during shipping

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused or minimally used

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Orders where the customer simply changed their mind

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Refunds & Replacements

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product shipped at no additional cost

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Partial or full refund (depending on the issue)

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Issued to the original payment method

  • May take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the issue

    • Description of the problem

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

If a return is required, we will provide instructions.

5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first

  • Lost or stolen packages may not be eligible for refund, but we will assist where possible

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
