Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
You received the wrong product
Your item arrived damaged
Your order was not delivered
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item you received is defective or incorrect. Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
Delayed shipping due to courier issues
Used or opened products
